The North Casita is a private standalone unit at Casa Todo Bueno, US$55 per night, sleeping up to three guests with a queen bed and a twin bed. It has its own en-suite bathroom, an outdoor living space in the rancho with a shared kitchenette, and air conditioning available for US$8 per night. Guests also use the splash pool, the garden with hammocks and the WiFi at 30 Mbps. The Pacific beach — volcanic sand, tide pools and the surf break known as Pistols — is a one-minute walk away. Casa Todo Bueno is a Canadian-run guesthouse in El Tránsito, León, hosted by Jon and Jenelle, who have lived on the property since 2016. Check-in is 3:00–11:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM, parking is free, and cancellation is free up to seven days before arrival.

The North Casita is the room to book when you want a little more space: with a queen bed and a twin bed it works for a small family, three friends, or a couple who simply prefer room to spread out. It is a separate unit with its own bathroom, so you come and go independently while still having the rancho, kitchenette, pool and garden as shared space.
El Tránsito is a working fishing village about an hour from Managua or León, and Casa Todo Bueno is a one-minute walk from the sand. Local restaurants and shops are 10–15 minutes away along the beach, and the nights are quiet — the loudest things you will hear are the waves. WiFi runs at 30 Mbps, parking is free on site, and the pool and hammocks are there for the afternoons you would rather not leave.
