The South Room is a private double room in the shared house at Casa Todo Bueno, US$45 per night for two guests. It has one queen bed, an en-suite bathroom, a refrigerator and blackout curtains, with air conditioning available for US$8 per night. Guests share the outdoor rancho, the splash pool, the garden and the fully equipped kitchen. El Tránsito beach — dark volcanic sand, tide pools and the surf break known as Pistols — is roughly a one-minute walk from the gate. Casa Todo Bueno is a Canadian-run guesthouse in El Tránsito, León, run by Jon and Jenelle since 2016; they live on the property. The South Room suits couples who want a clean, quiet private room with a real bathroom — the opposite of a dorm bed. Like every room at Casa Todo Bueno it is private, with its own bathroom and the option of air conditioning. Two couples travelling together often take the North Room and the South Room side by side and share the kitchen and rancho; the whole-house booking covers exactly that, with both rooms and both bathrooms reserved for your group.
You are in the village of El Tránsito, not a resort strip: the beach is a minute away, and the restaurants, surf shops and small grocery are a 10–15 minute walk along the sand. Evenings are quiet. WiFi runs at 30 Mbps and parking is free and on-site, which matters if you are driving in from León or Managua.
