The South Casita is a good fit for couples who want the privacy of their own little house rather than a room in a shared house — its own entrance, its own bathroom, and the rancho and kitchenette just outside. Guests staying here consistently mention the quiet and the garden; it is a place to read in a hammock rather than a place to be seen.
The property is in El Tránsito, a fishing village on Nicaragua's Pacific coast roughly an hour from Managua and 45 minutes from León. The beach is a minute's walk, restaurants and a small grocery are 10–15 minutes along the sand, and strong WiFi at 30 Mbps plus free on-site parking are included. If you are travelling with family or friends and need more beds, the North Casita sleeps three, and the shared house covers four guests.
