The North Room is a private double room in the shared house at Casa Todo Bueno, US$45 per night for two guests. Casa Todo Bueno is a Canadian-run guesthouse in El Tránsito, León, run by Jon and Jenelle, who live on the property and have hosted guests since 2016. Check-in is 3:00–11:00 PM, check-out before 11:00 AM, WiFi runs at 30 Mbps, parking is free, and cancellation is free up to seven days before arrival.

The North Room suits couples and solo travellers who want their own bathroom and a genuine guesthouse price. There are no dorm beds and no shared bathrooms at Casa Todo Bueno — every room and casita on the property is private, which is the reason most guests give for choosing us over the hostels in the village. If you are travelling with a friend and would like two separate rooms, book the North Room together with the South Room; if you would rather have the shared house entirely to yourselves, the whole-house option covers both rooms and both bathrooms.
The house sits in the fishing village of El Tránsito, about an hour's drive from Managua or León. Local restaurants, surf shops and a small grocery are a 10–15 minute walk along the beach, and the property stays quiet in the evening. WiFi runs at 30 Mbps, so video calls and a few hours of remote work are realistic, and the shared kitchen and outdoor rancho are open to guests all day.
